2026 Weston-super-Mare Carnival – Friday 13th November 2026
Illuminated carnival carts will again be seen on the streets of Weston-super-Mare. The carnival had been postponed for two successive years. The new dates in 2026 are now available.
Annually the seven Somerset County Guy Fawkes Carnivals attract tens of thousands of people from all over the county and world to the streets of Somerset and raise a huge amount of money for charities and good causes.

The Weston-super-Mare Carnival is the result of 12 months hard work, fund-raising and no doubt some heartache by the many carnival clubs. We have in excess of 100 entries, please help us by supporting OUR carnival and local charities. All profits from the carnival go to help and support local charitable organisations.

Filmed and edited by PRO V Productions, this will be a unique souvenir of your night at Weston-super-Mare carnival. The carnival procession cannot be appreciated fully in one viewing, there is so much to see and take in. If you are in the carnival as an entrant, it is the only way to see what happened on the night.
(P&P is per copy - £3 within UK and £12.70 overseas. For security, we are only able to ship to the billing address. Please allow 14 days from production for delivery).

Route for 2026
Carnival Route for 2026
The change of route last year was well received so it will remain the same for 2026.
- Starts and finishes at the Locking Road Car Park. It then goes through the bus hub turning left at the cinema and then right onto Oxford Street to the seafront. At the seafront it turns left and then around the small lawn before turning right along the main A370 past the Pier and Winter Gardens turning right at Wetherspoons along South Parade into Waterloo Street, The Boulevard and then right into Alfred Street returning to Locking Rd car park.
- Between Locking Road car park and the pedestrian crossing in the Bus Hub is a sterile area, so not a viewing area for security reasons.
- The main procession starts at 19:00.

This is a great opportunity to view the carnival at its best, with unrestricted viewing from your very own area VIP Lounge for up to 10 guests. Stunning illuminations will light up the night sky above Weston-super-Mare when the popular carnival returns to town.
Many illuminated floats, marching bands, fancy dress walkers and entertainers will wind their way through the town.
Thousands of visitors are expected to descend on Weston and line the streets to see the annual procession.
OFFICIAL COLLECTORS
Each and every collector will wear an OFFICIAL SASH. Each collecting tin or bucket will carry an OFFICIAL NUMBER on the tin or bucket. Official Collecting carts will also appear in the procession. Please give your donations to OFFICIAL COLLECTORS ONLY.
